Returns


All returns are FREE up to 30 days after the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

-Gift cards

-Accessories

-Rize Essentials

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once proof is given, we will send you a pre-paid return label for your items.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item that is not in it's original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your full refund will be processed.

 

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at rizebtq@gmail.com and if the item is approved for exchange, send your item to:
